The session will begin with a soothing, guided meditation that will guide you into the present moment of self care…
Donna will play both Alchemy and Classic Singing Bowls creating a Sound Bath that will open, cleanse and balance the energetic centers of the body, mind and spirit…
Lisa will channel Reiki energy, laying hands on to each participant, allowing you to receive powerful life force energies to clear and transform your energy centers…
