Soulful Awakenings began simply, yet purposefully, as an INTENTION created in part by my weekly Chakra Crystal Bowl Meditation group. Our community realized early on, as we expanded by leaps and bounds, the need for a GATHERING place who's purpose would be the nourishment of the Soul. A place where one is offered many modalities, likened to " A Spiritual Smorgasbord", to joyfully AWAKEN and remember their oneness with The Universe.

We delightfully offer a safe place, free of judgement, where AUTHENTIC SELF is applauded through the process of alignment. We accomplished this through The Triad of Body, Spirit, and Mind.

We look forward to meeting you, dancing in the light, and witnessing your dreams and desires manifest into fruition.

Chakra Crystal Bowl Meditation with Donna Sica

Come and experience the sounds of the Angelic Chakra Crystal Bowls..... a form of vibrational medicine, which validates that everything in the Universe is in a state of perpetual vibration. The frequency at which a person most naturally vibrates is called resonance. A body is in a healthy state both emotionally and physically when each cell, organ, and emotional thought creates a resonance that is in harmony with one's being, creating a state of "Bliss". The purpose of our gathering is to create a safe and peaceful place to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. This gathering includes choosing Angel and Affirmation cards, setting a group intention, allowing the harmonic sounds of the singing bowls to bathe one's soul, form community through stimulating, thought-provoking conversations, and last but not least......evolve!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Beginner -This class is for the brand new, inquisitive Yoga student as well as the Yoga student who would like to refresh their understanding of the foundation postures. You will be taken through a potpourri of postures that will create a strong foundation, which will lead to an effortless, aligned flow from one beautiful shape to another...always being aligned.

Gentle - Our Gentle classes are ever so empowering,learning experiences in which you will re-discover your body, honor how it works, and express its beautiful capabilities. All Gentle classes are designed to give you the time and support needed to understand the proper alignment of Yoga asanas (postures) and Pranayama, (breath work). Our Gentle Class is perfect for those new to yoga, those who are rediscovering yoga, and those requiring a relaxing class to Melt Into Bliss...

Moderate - Our moderate classes are designed to elevate you to the intermediate level, where you will expand your strength, stamina and flexibility. Find yourself delightfully mastering flow of movement, building on core postures with deeper variations, and becoming present in your body. Find release and peace as you Move Into Joy. Suggested: Yoga Experience....

All Levels- A class suitable for all levels of practice... In this class, you will be offered variations as we flow through a series of postures giving you an opportunity to be fully present in your practice and to choose the level to which you challenge yourself...

Warm Vinyasa - Movement linked with breath.
In this advanced class, (yoga experience suggested), postures are sequenced in a moving flow to build heat and energy in the body. The pace of this class is faster. You will witness yourself going deeper, as your teacher helps you achieve breakthroughs and self-awareness as you Flow Into Freedom...

Kundalini -
Kundalini is untapped energy (prana) at the base of the spine that can be drawn up through the body awakening each of the seven chakras.
Kundalini Yoga’s focus is on self-awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness.
The practice of KundaliniYoga is for everyone!
Beginners, experienced practioners and children will all find a place in Kundalini Yoga, awaken to your inner bliss!
In class we practice organized Kriya’s developed by Yogi Bhajan.
“Kriya” is an orchestrated pattern of movements, sound, pranayam, mudras concentration and meditation that automatically guide the energies of the body and the mind to a specific result or change of consciousness.

Tribal Fusion contributes to cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. It connects our bodies to the fusion of sounds from multiple music and dance styles, incorporating Yoga, Jazz, Belly Dancing, Nia, Jazz and Guided Meditation. It gives the student an opportunity to be aware of every component of their physical bodies, while releasing blocked energies.
