We begin with a guided meditation that helps us let go into the present moment of self care...
We set a group intention as well as a personal intention creating a space of oneness and connection...

The Singing Bowls play to what is needed within you and the collective consciousness within the room. Yourself and your fellow participants will experience a gentle "Sound Massage" that will leave you rested and renewed...

The purpose of our gathering is to create a safe and peaceful place to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate.

This gathering is for anyone who is looking to create balance in their life, as they learn to understand the vibrational frequency within, as well as the vibrational frequency all around them...

Come join Lisa and Donna for an afternoon of "New Beginnings", as we let go of those beliefs, that no longer serve us and we create new intentions for 2026 that allow our heart's desires...You will be gifted a touchstone to enter the New Year, a journal, (to begin anew) and paper, (to let go of what no longer serves you).
After settling in, we will begin by writing down all past experiences that created hurts, sadness, regrets and any negative habits that we do not want to take energetically into the New Year...

A basket will be offered, allowing you to deposit all your releases, as a ritual to create a space to cut  the cords and let go of your burdens...Next, we will place in our new journal our intentions of manifestation for the 2026. Written intentions create clarity of our heart's desires...
To ignite these intentions, you will be offered a vibrational meditation with the Singing bowls creating a space of allowing to vibrationally align your 2026 desires.   Hands on Reiki will clear and balance the energetic centers of the body and remove stagnant energy that has accumulated...Imagine a room filled with the vibrational frequency of pure intention - the collective conscious working together - deliberate alignment in forward movement...
We will close with the sound of of "Om"... Of course, always free will choice, to either join in or bathe in the vibrational sound...
