Qigong, taught thru the lens of the Five Phase approach ( Wu Xhing) is specific to the cycles of our internal seasons, as well as the seasons of nature.
ROB has been a student and a teacher of Qigong for over 35 years. With a deep knowledge base in anatomy, physiology, and philosophy, ROB brings her experience to to her students with gentle instruction.
