We are a spacious, 1600 square foot Center, located just four blocks from the beach, on the corner of 1700 Main Street, Lake Como, New Jersey, (Between Belmar and Spring Lake at the Jersey Shore). You will find plenty of free, street parking, as well as a parking lot
located on the south side of the building for your convenience. Our teachers are certified, reliable, loving, and very supportive. We provide you with all that you will need to have a wonderful experience with us... Personal One on One instruction... Comfy Seating Complimentary Yoga props for your use... Complimentary Meditation props for your use... Complimentary water... We offer a variety of classes that offer the student a deep well of empowerment tools...
